Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after ordering. All orders are shipped via DHL. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email that will notify you of the carrier and the track and trace number.


Duties & Taxes
Orders may be subject to local import charges. Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches it's destination country. Pemy Store cannot be held responsible for any additional charges as customs and duty charges are controlled by the local government at the destination of import. Before shopping online with Pemy, we ask that you be aware of any additional importation fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order.

Want to return something to us? No problem, from the date that you receive your order, you have 30 days to make a return. The return cost is covered by Pemy. You can make a return by sending it back to our warehouse. If you decide to return something, please ensure it’s in perfect condition. This means it must be clean, unused, unwashed and with the original tags attached. Earrings and hair accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

To make a return to our warehouse, please follow these easy steps:

  • Please write the reason for the return to hello@pemystore.com. Then, the return process will be approved by our team. We will send you the return details. The return cost is covered by Pemy.
